Personal data is all information that relates to a specific or identifiable natural person. The processing of personal data on the website is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).

2. DATA DELETION AND STORAGE DURATION

The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage can also take place if this is required by law. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a legally prescribed storage period expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract.

When this data is stored, there is no assignment to a specific person. 4.2 Contact by email

When you contact us by e-mail, we will store the data you provide (your e-mail address, possibly your name and telephone number, your position and all other personal data that you provide to us) in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) to make appointments or answer your questions. We delete the data that arises in this context after the storage is no longer required, or we limit the processing if there are statutory retention requirements.

Our website contains a contact form that can be used to contact us. The transmission of the data entered in the contact form is encrypted (SSL encryption). We have no influence on the data collected and data processing by LinkedIn, XING, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube or Vimeo.
